Normally I wouldnt dock a product based purely on smell, as everyone has different preferences for notes they prefer and body chemistry plays a strong roll in how something smells to you. However, this was so bad that I had to change my clothing to get away from the smell. Bubbles? Cake? I have no... idea where people are getting these scents. Sprayed directly out of the bottle, this has a VERY heavy alcohol throw (as all of the Truly Sprays do) and sharp saffron notes. Once it does dry down, those Saffron notes dance with the Jasmine and its not a love affair I can get behind. This was a blind buy after I read reviews and decided to give it a shot. I returned in store the next day and exchanged it for Glazed Donuts. Glazed Donuts smells a little plastic right off the rip but dries down to a very subtle sweet smell. Almost smells like a childs perfume. The Cherry scent, plainly put, smells like perfumed cough syrup. None of them have lasting power or a wide throw. These are more personal fragrances. For you or anyone you allow in your intimate space. No one I've asked, can even smell the Glazed Donuts on me within a couple of minutes if freshly spraying it.
