PREP STEP: Shake it baby three times!
STEP 1: Look down into a mirror for a clear view of the entire lash line.
STEP 2: Lay the bristles flat against the lash line using a light to medium pressure and then glide across.
STEP 3: To create a wing, place the tip of the bristle at the bottom of the lash line and flick outward and up.
