2nd time trying this. 1. include oil to lubricate 2. Include travel case that holds charger and includes brush. 3. Make the shaver out of aluminum. For a premium shaver to be made out of plastic make it feel cheap. It should have heft to it

I recently upgraded our 2-year-old Series 9 with the 9 Pro and couldn't possibly be happier. We've been loyal Braun shaver owners for over 20 years.
