The product description says that you should choose your shade based on the color (from blue to purple) of your dark under-eye circles and not your skin tone. I wish I could make this work for me
I see all of these great reviews and feel a little jealous because I cannot figure out how to make this product work for me. If I wear it alone, I can't blend it or it pills, and if I were it under makeup the makeup takes it off. Maybe it's user error, but I really hate this product.
Not impressed
I bought cause of the ulta sale…heard good things about it. Opened it and the stick was broken in the cap, then was able to fix it. Then when i used it, it did not glide on my skin, literally tugged at my under eyes, had to use several tries to apply. Then a pain to try to blend in. I'm returning it today.
Noticeable color correction for dark circles
I've been looking for a product to color correct my dark circles for a little while— ideally something I could use on its own or underneath make-up. I've been impressed with the results! It blends smoothly and looks natural on its own.
Banana Bright!
I have light golden skin tone hereditary dark circles and all the peachy color correctors I've tried dont cut it. one swipe of this and I see a huge difference even before concealer! Nothing else even comes close
One of my Staples!
I am surprised to see so many negative reviews on this, tbh. I wanted to buy my fourth stick, but guava is sold out today! I use this almost daily, after bb cream and sometimes alone or on top of my regular tarte concealer. I have very fair skin, and I find the pink adds a brightening effect on both no-makeup days and to my concealer, and I appreciate the creaminess of it. Personally I have not experienced cakiness, but I apply one swipe per undereye and tap lightly from inner to outer corners. I have had no issue with the tube, but I don't carry it around either. Anyway, this is an important tool in my anti-puff/anti-dark circle morning arsenal!
