Revolution Beauty Balm Glow

I purchased Sun-kissed Nude and Rose pink as a dupe for the Jones Road miracle balm (which I like, but it is much more expensive). I use the sun-kissed nude shade to even out my complexion and give a touch of dewy glow. I use the Rose pink as a blush and eye color. The colors are very sheer, just a light wash of color. The product is moisturizing and feels good on the skin. Feels and looks similar to the miracle balm on the skin, this product is softer, and more viscous than the miracle balm which stays a bit harder at room temp. Both products have a light citrus/herbal fragrance which I like. The miracle balm has more natural sounding ingredients......I dont know what some of the ingredients in this product are. Product works well to make skin feel moisturized. Overall, a good dupe for the miracle balm, but the miracle balm has many more color choices, some choice with lots of highlight and sparkle. This product colors are very well curated, though. They definitely offer colors for everyone.

This product is great alone or with other makeup to enhance your complexion for a natural looking glow. Great for over 40 year old skin. Also use for a beautiful nuetral lip gloss.

I purchased the nude shade. There is no color or shimmer at all. It's a little too greasy to put on anything other that the lips. The darker shades might work as a blush, but definitely not for me.

The color, while initially beautiful, quickly disappears.

I bought the natural nude then later picked up deep plum. I really like this product. It has such an amazing lemongrass scent and it doesn't irritate my sensitive skin (I am pretty sensitive to scents, especially citrusy ones). I bought this thinking it was a dupe for the Jones Road balms, but since I haven't purchased one of those (yet!), I can't say if they are or aren't. I have dry skin. I really effed up my skin over the summer by wearing sunscreen (mineral and chemical really hurt my face), but I didn't want to go without. Because my skin became really dry and really sensitive (my face just hurt), my skin texture was crap. Foundation looked cakey no matter what and it was very upsetting. I started using the natural nude balm as both a barrier to sunscreen and a base for foundation. I'm fair skinned and the natural nude is somewhat visible on my face but not a big issue if it's under something or if you blend it out. I definitely liked how dewy I looked with this under foundation. It didn't work as a barrier to sunscreen though, bummer. I have worn it as just a highlighter when I'm not wearing foundation and, again, I just love that I don't look dry and my fine lines aren't emphasized. The finish is dewy but not shiny. You can build it to be less or more too. I bought the deep plum to use as a blush and it's nice because it has a nice finish and it doesn't remove foundation underneath. I apply with a brush by lightly dipping it in the pot then applying with a tapping motion. If it's too intense, I blend it out a bit with the brush I used for foundation. As a fair neutral, the deep plum is a little too purple in my opinion, but I don't apply it intensely. Nice for winter color season types.
