Tips fall off easily
I wanted to love this brush. I like the dual bristles and I like how it feels in my hair. however after a few months having this brush now about half of the tips are missing meaning it's no longer a comfortable experience to brush my hair with it. I do like the removable brush pad for cleaning.

I will not buy again
The ball tip ends fell off on first use. It is a beautiful brush but did not hold up as wanted. Now I have to make another trip to return in Springfield Mo which is a hour and a half away from my home. Returns should be easier for customers to replace their purchase.
