Opposite effect than advertised
At first, I thought I really liked it. I used it under my eyes, chin, and nose but after 2-3 weeks of daily use, I started getting unusual dry patches on my t-zone where it was used. Normally I love stuff from this company, but this smells bad. It does moisturize but with a weird Playdo gone bad smell.
Why did I buy this??
Should have read the reviews before I bought this. It was broken when received, and it smells nasty. Like it's old or something. I think it will be going back. Yuck is all I can say really.
Smells like strong plastic
The smell is not great, to the point where it lingers. The product is also not very good. It doesn't even feel cool. Its pretty useless imo. It genuinely does nothing but smell bad.

Fall/breaks out of the tube
I thought that the people who had these break might have been too aggressive with it, so I bought it to give a chance and gently pressing it to my face caused it snap, falling out the tube. Worst part is its not even hydrating just leaving a film on my face ☹️
