My line of work is tough on my my hands, in particular my nails and cuticles. I use this product every night after work to bring my cuticles back from the dead. It has an incredible smell and is great for preventing future hang nails.

Apricot Cuticle Oil

Apparently the formula for the Apricot oil has changed. I was using the oil twice a day. Now that the formula has changed I don't like using the oil. I am afraid that the new color of the oil will stain clothes or furniture. Why was a perfectly good product changed

Wasted money

It smels good, it absorbs quickly, but that's it! It does nothing to my cuticules. They stay so dry when I started to use it. Pure jojoba oil 100% better and efficient. This Essie cuticule oil does not do what it promises at all and that is to protect cuticles from dryness and provides nourishing moisture. I wasted my money when I bought it.

Bottom Line No, I would not recommend to a friend

I keep reading that it turned people's nails orange & i've been using it daily for 2 months & that did not happen to me. Not sure if people are painting their entire nails with it or what. This was a good product but not the greatest. I like the price!

Best Cuticle Product I've Ever Tried

Submitted 2 years ago

I have my nails done in a salon but my cuticles still get dry and cracked from doing office work and filing. I use Essie Apricot Nail & Cuticle Oil every morning and it keeps my cuticles soft so they don't crack and I don't get as many hangnails. I've tried other oils, gels and other cuticle products. None soaked in and worked as well as this one.

Bottom Line Yes, I would recommend to a friend

I think this is a really good product- however it does stain the nails and makes them look discolored. You'll have orange fingers for a bit. The smell is another thing that just turns me off. It's strong, and it honestly makes my stomach turn when this is on my hands. If they made some changes it would be the perfect product.
