Use as a pre-shampoo treatment on wither wet or dry scalp. Use nozzle to apply directly onto scalp and massage using your fingertips and leave on 10 minutes then wash hair as normal. This smells ok, not super overpowering with the vinegar. It does give a cooling tingle almost as if it has mint in it. It goes on the scalp really easily with the applicator so that's a pro. Every time I use this in combination with the conditioner, my scalp feels so much better.
it burned my scalp
I couldn't keep this on for the 10 minutes, it started burning my scalp 2 minutes in and gave me little zits on my crown. so not great if I'm allergic to something in this product
