The Ordinary recommends performing a patch test prior to incorporating a new product into your skin care routine.
Use ideally in the PM, no more frequently than twice per week. Clean face and wait for skin to dry. Do not use on wet skin. Apply evenly across face and neck using your fingertips. Leave on for no more than 10 minutes. Rinse with lukewarm water.
A top tip when dying eyebrows: Apply the mask while the dye is sitting, and rinse both together in the shower for a quick, convenient experience.
Contraindications: Do not use in the same routine as direct acids, EUK 134 0.1%, retinoids, pure or ethylated vitamin C, or peptides.

I like this product but
I really like this product, but literally EVERY time I purchase it online somewhere, the box looks as though its been previously opened. I'm all for less wasteful packaging. Truly. But when I'm putting a product on my face / skin - I really need assurances that some inconsiderate person hasn't opened it in the store and 'experimented' with it. So 5 stars if you purchase it in store. Great product, but poor packaging. I love the fact that its a peel and it works - but its gentle enough that it doesn't just eviscerate my sensitives skin like most peels.
I would recommend this product
I have been using this product for a few years now. It really smooths out my skin and it feels so soft after I use it. It helps even out my skin tone. I have a lot of redness in my skin and it has helped even that out.
Burned me immediately
The *instant* this stuff touched my skin it felt like a chemical burn. I'm not sure what it's Supposed to feel like but I doubt it's supposed to hurt you. Rinsed it off immediately and will be returning because clearly I can't use it :( Hopefully they have something else for evening skin tone that doesn't hurt.

I've been using this product for 3 weeks now and am having huge success! I love the burn, it's gentle but lets me know magic is happening. My problem areas are responding so well, I'm very pleased with this product. Price makes it even better.
A little tingle at first, no burning it works
Cleared and shrunk my pores in 10 minutes flat! I have very sensitive akin and at first it tingled like a lip plumper but that faded quickly and after about 1 minute there was no further discomfort.
