I have had the and problem with the crappy design. You guys should package everything like your dermatologist line - the packing for products I've gotten have been in line with your prices. I know you guys stand by your products but I'm afraid to go in and say I love it but I can't get it all out of the bottle - sounds a bit like the dog ate the homework - you would however keep a loyal customer who understands that you do NOT have to spend 500 bucks to Better your skin!

I love this serum and use it twice a day. Unfortunately, the bottle and pump design is terrible. The pump stops pulling the serum up with about 2 weeks worth of product left in the bottle. Taking the cap off and shaking the rest out isn't ideal for a product in this price range.
