Amazing!

I never leave reviews, literally ... but I have to give this product the praise it deserves! My consistent problems with other self tan products are: a. the smell, b. patchiness on the insides of my elbows, wrists, and on my knuckles, c. the excessively dark color guard that is unwearable and forces... me to only apply before bed, d. longevity, and e. dry time. This has no yucky faux tan smell, there's a slight coconut scent (I strongly dislike coconut smells and this one doesn't bother me) but it's also light and fresh without being too much. There's no patchiness when applied, days in, or as the color is fading. The color “guard” (if that's what you want to call it) is olive-toned - the product looks like a clay colored mousse when dispensed - but not a fluffy mousse, it's thick and dense so you need a minimal amount of product. The color is dark enough to give me an instant tan but light enough that I don't need to wash it off before going out. The color is instantly beautiful on my very fair skin and immediately looks like I have a natural olive tan. I don't have to wash this off because it doesn't look like I smeared dirt all over my face from being so dark, so I can apply this day or night and it's completely wearable. Literally, the immediate color is so pretty that I wouldn't have been disappointed if it didn't develop any darker (which is does)! The color payoff after fully developed is grocery's and looks like I spent two weeks on a tropical island. One application lasts about 5-6 days and I'm a “daily soak in the tub for at least an hour” type. And finally, what makes this the real winner in my book is that it dries literally within seconds. Because of this, you do need to apply in smaller sections (like once on lower arm, another on upper arm, another on hand, etc) and not like a whole limb at a time, but each section blends in flawlessly with no added effort. Within ten seconds (not joking, it's fast) your skin doesn't feel any different than it did before application - no lotion feels, no greasy feels, no drying feels, and (the worst) no sticky feels! I truly can't say enough good things about this product. I've tried so many self-tan products (no less than 50 different kinds of various methods, prices and brands) and from the first use I could tell this was unlike anything else I'd tried. I am so glad I purchased this, as I really didn't think it would be any different than any other mousse - I couldn't have been more wrong. If you're dependent on self-tanning like me, you absolutely will not regret this purchase!
