- Match the nail tab number to your appropriate nail bed size.
- Press the adhesive tab to your natural nail and hold down to secure.
- Gently peel off the backing, and firmly attach your press-on nails. Pro-tip: For extended wear, apply the adhesive tabs onto natural nails, nail glue on top of the adhesive tabs, then the press-on nails. This will allow for a less damaging remove process of your press-ons later and also allow for double the hold strength.

Depends on what you want
Id say these wear for about 30 minutes before they pop off. I was hard to do a single thing with these on. Like if you did ANYTHING they fall off. These are only good if you do absolutely nothing with your hands or if you want nails for a costume for an evening. I used these with cloud nine nails from glamnetics. Theyre semi transparent and look like absolute garbage because you can see the tabs. A waste of like $30

Surprisingly long lasting
I bought these adhesive tabs to use with kiss press on nails. I cant wear nails long term due to my job so longest i can go with false nails is 2 weeks ish. These nail tabs work great for me! They last just a little under 2 weeks. I would say around the 10-14 day mark i usually have to replace one or two nail tabs but its not an issue for me. To make them last longer I use cuticle remover on all my nails and an alcohol pad to prep my nails before applying these. If i feel one of yhe gake nails lifting up a little i press down on it for a coupoe if seconds to secure it and they stay on :D

I am allergic to nail glue. These are a wonderful alternative. Now, the hold is not as good as glue. To get them to stay on, you must have no oils or moisturizer when applying.
