Terrible applicator
Don't waste your money on this product with this applicator. It was a good concept but doesn't work well at all. Buy the product in another form.

The foam pad disintegrated after a handful of uses and it's impossible to get the serum out even if you try to press it on a tissue. Clinique need to redesign this product and refund customer. (Emails to support and product team ignored.)

It's impossible to tell if this product is any good because it doesn't come out of the bottle. Zip, zilch, nothing. Doesn't Clinique test their products?

This worked amazing until the white top came off completely rendering it unusable. I used it less than 10 times before the sponge tip fell off.
