Revived my curls

I have fine bleached 3C curls.I very rarely wear my hair natural because years of bleaching & straightening have damaged my curl pattern so my curls are a bit pathetic & undefined.I was excited to see this is supposed to restore damaged curl patterns.I like that this is sulfate-free.The scent is sor...

Redken Acidic Bonding Curls Conditioner

The conditioner is so thick, I could hardly get it out of the 10 oz size bottle. Also, the cap doesn't come off. I understand this is probably for protecting the integrity of the product inside; however, this is a negative for me. I use 10 oz bottles when traveling (motorhome) and when not travel...

Hair Type Very Curly Hair

I have curly color treated hair. The Redken Acidic Bonding conditioner was highly recommended to me. I used it immediately and I was very pleased with the results. My curls are better defined and the frizz has been reduced.

Game changer

I love this conditioner. I have wavy hair/loose curls that kinda disappeared because I bleached my hair several times lol. Using regular conditioner just doesn't do it for my damaged hair, but this one or the regular acidic bonding concentrate leave my hair feeling really soft and "hydrated". I feel like it definitely helps with breakage too as my hair was the healthiest (relative to the damage) when I was using this line of conditioner. I feel like this product does work a little better for my hair that the regular acidic bonding concentrate. I purchased the liter bottle and it's kind of the worse because this product is so thick. Regardless of how much I dislike the packaging or the consistency of the product, I will keep on purchasing and recommend it IF you have super damaged hair like mine.

I needed this product so badly. My hair has been pretty lifeless since I colored it a few years ago, and this is a game-changer. My hair drank this up, and it left it feeling moisturized before, during, and after. A must-have for damaged hair!

Bottom Line Yes, I would recommend to a friend

Can finally grow out my hair

Submitted 2 months ago

I wash my hair 1-2 times/week and diffuse on low heat. I used to have to cut the same amount off my hair every 2-3 months bc my ends just wouldnt hold up enough to let my hair grow out. My hair is naturally dry, curl pattern is between wavy and curly. When i first started using a year ago, my friends started noticing how much better my hair/waves were looking before I did. I was finally able to leave my hair long enough to grow to the length ive been struggling to get to for years. It's not perfect, but what an insane improvement. Tip!! Be sure to cycle in a clarifying shampoo as often as your hair needs. I was not clarifying enough and it was looking rough from product buildup, and I was scared that this product no longer was working its magic, but it really is that good.
