What does 7-day refer to? Should it be used every seven days? Can it be used 7-days a week? The directions on tube do not reference 7 days. Its kind of confusing.

Massage the exfoliating cream over skin that's dry and makeup-free to polish and refine the skin's texture. Start with 2-3 times a week in your routine. If you'd like to build up to more frequent use, add a day each week until you get to 7. Some products include a Period After Opening (PAO) number (which shows a number followed by “M”) that indicates the number of months within which an opened product should be used or replaced. Once a product is opened and used, its integrity can be affected by such things as exposure to environmental conditions or from contact with the user’s skin. I love the 7 day scrub cream - it is exactly what it says it is. It is gentle enough to use on a daily basis, but has enough grit to really give that clean finish and no residue. It is one of my favorite cleansers for sure and I would highly recommend to anyone who likes that extra clean feeling when you wash your face (and who doesn't?)!

I've been using the 7 Day Scrub Cream Rinse-Off Formula consistently, and it has completely upgraded my skincare routine. The texture is creamy with just enough grit to actually feel like it's doing something, but not so harsh that it leaves my skin red or irritated. What I love most is how smooth my skin feels immediately after using it. Makeup goes on better. Skincare absorbs better. My face just feels polished without feeling stripped. It's gentle enough to use daily, but effective enough to see and feel a difference after one use. I also appreciate that it doesn't have a strong fragrance and doesn't leave behind a weird film. If you want something that exfoliates without attacking your face like sandpaper, this is it.
