This doesn't smell like coconut, macaron, or vanilla of any sort. It is neither sweet nor gourmand. I feel kinda duped buying this, to be honest, since it smells so different from the description. It has that sour, slightly pickle-y sandalwood note from Santal 33, combined with a very unisex musk drydown, giving it a cologne quality. It is similar to the original 11 11, but that is much, much better. The only pro is the performance, since it lasts for hours.
