This product is ultra rich, and is too rich for my skin type, so I gave it away. But if you have super dry skin, I would think if you add a few drops to your cream it would give one the moisture one needs. Actually, vitamin F is a term for two fats alpha-linolenic acid (ALA) and linoleic acid (LA).
