Prep the under-eye area with the e.l.f. Cosmetics Illuminating Eye Cream followed by your favorite e.l.f. primer on top. Use the doefoot applicator to apply concealer to desired areas. Blend concealer using a beauty sponge by stippling areas that need heavier coverage and buffing out the remainder. Fingers or an e.l.f. Concealer Brush can be used as an alternative to blend the concealer.
