Comments about Red Carpet Manicure Erase:

I don't use gel polish, but I use a LOT of glitter, shimmer, and flakie polishes, and this is the absolute best polish for removal of those stubborn polishes. I've placed this above my beloved Zoya polish remover for the hardest to remove polishes. I wear polish every day, and I like to change my polish 3+ times a week. This makes me want to wear all of my glitter polishes!!

            • Doesn't take dip nails off efficiently

Comments about Red Carpet Manicure Erase:

I have been using pure acetone to remove my Red Carpet Dip Acrylic powder, but thought maybe this would be less harsh. I roughed up the acrylic with an emory designed for acrylic nails and soaked, cotton and foil wrap, for 20 minutes. Wasn't enough. I usually do only 2 layers of dip. Pure acetone works more efficiently in my opinion. I'll still keep as a clean up remover when I paint.

Comments about Red Carpet Manicure Erase:

I followed the directions explicitly but, my gel polish did not come off. I went through the whole process 2 more times and some gel polish still remained on my nails. The idea of this product is great but, it just did not work. I wasted my money buying it.

My manicurist told me to purchase pure Acetone remover, and I did not listen. Instead, I bought this product because it said it was specifically for gel manicures. I roughened my nails as directed, and soaked for 20 min and it did help the bottom of the manicure (where the gel was already in a smaller layer) come off rather easily but the rest of the polish was left flaky. I had to use my nail buffer to scrape off the polish and it left my nails really rough.
