Any skin care recommendations for me

Hi, I'm new here. I have oily skin and often get pimples. But since I moved to LA, the dry weather here makes my skin feel extremely dehydrated. I'm considering purchasing a new set of skincare products. Do you have any recommendations? By the way, I am 22 years old this year.
