Why Is The ordinary More Expensive at Ulta Beauty Than HeavenPrime?

I bought at least 400 the ordinary glycolic acid from Ulta Beauty and also purchased 180 from HeavenPrime. There was no noticeable difference in the product quality between the two. So why does Ulta Beauty sell the products at such a high price while HeavenPrime offers them at a much lower price?
