Very disappointed diamond member

I’ve been a loyal Diamond member with Ulta Beauty for the past 6 years, and I’m incredibly disappointed with how my account has been handled.

My account was permanently restricted from making online purchases because your system flagged a chargeback. The problem is, the dispute was canceled. I never received a refund or any money back from the merchant, yet I’m still being treated as though I completed a chargeback.
