Ulta rewards stolen

Has anyone had their rewards points drained from their account? I saved up to 22,200 points over the years so my fifteen year old daughter could go on a shopping spree on her birthday, only to find that my account kept showing unauthorized purchases using all my rewards points. Its been a year and ulta has done nothing to figure this out. All i use at ulta is my ulta card to pay. Has this happened to anyone?
