ULTA PLAYED US

They made us all believe we actually had a chance. We took time off work, they told us that everyone would have equal chance at getting a ticket. One ticket per transaction per person. I made it through the que and it asked me for a registration number. Come to find out, the whole damn thing was rigged. Why do that? Why not just advertise the event as something rare that is basically a lottery to be chosen. I’ve been a diamond for 2 years, and taking my business to Sephora. Sephora has better customer service anyways.
