Normal person w ticket..

i’m no influencer and i somehow got a ticket… but got so nervous and ducked up i didn’t put my info correctly. now ive been on the phone with all their customer service to help me but they keep redirecting me to some damn email that isn’t even responding. i feel isolated here. idk if js spent $200 if i can’t even go cuz of my mistake. sigh. js hoping i can get my ticket modified to the correct information. (edit) guys ik the pic doesn’t matches what i said kinda, but here i bought the ticket including the roller bag.
