You scammed 3 million people!
This experience was extremely disappointing and honestly misleading. We were told there would be no queue and that customers wouldn’t be able to purchase multiple tickets, yet there was a queue, it was paused for over an hour, and multiple-ticket purchases clearly still happened.
Tickets sold out in under two minutes, which did not give real customers a fair chance. I was on four different devices and still never had an opportunity to purchase.

5 commentsIf they wanted just influencers they could’ve said that. I call BS ! 750 tickets per time zone never gave us a chance, with over 3 million in a queue you said you were gonna have. Cancelled all future orders and my card ! Bye Ulta !

My sister had to get tickets link a little bit after 10 AM and might get tickets linked didn’t pop up till about 10:08

I'm highly disappointed also. I made it to the registration page and I had to click it like 10 times before it brought me to the page to put in my info ( which was quite a bit, like why you going to demand a emergency contact. Also it wouldn't let me just type in my birthday. I'm old so I had to scroll back a couple decades. Then finally got all of it in and got to the page to chose which ticket I wanted and all were at full capacity. I don't understand with all the hype why only 3000 tickets? The convention center holds way more. Why not do different days? I keep seeing ppl say the influencers got most of the tickets and had 1st dibbs. If that is the case ULTA just made a lot of normal everyday ppl mad. I'm a nobody but I spend quite a lot of money with them. I hope they see these comments and all the social media post and make this right!
