girl i made it out the que and still didn’t get a ticket, literally makes no sense

I am so upset. I made the Que 1 minute before 10 ET I got in registered even managed to graba rolling bag.. and when I went to choose the event it said Full to Capacity. I dont know why they had us wait for over 10 minutes to then say no. This was an important trip for me as my daughter, my best friend is moving out of Georgia to Florida and this was going to be our "Trip" ... it doesn't make any sense. Why put you through all of this :(
