It’s completely understandable to feel disappointed when you were so excited, made plans to attend Ulta Beauty World, and things didn’t work out the way you hoped. Those feelings are valid. At the same time, it helps to remember that not everyone was going to have the opportunity to attend. The experience was limited to a select group, and that’s just the reality of events like this.

3 commentsI don’t think most people are upset simply because they didn’t get tickets. The frustration is about transparency and process—broken links, long queues, and finding out much later that only 3,000 tickets were available for millions of people. Clearer communication upfront would’ve made the experience feel more respectful.

Well....they already lost a ton of supporters....i dont think they will have as many people next year u less ulta steps up their game
