Beyond disappointed

My mom and I have been planning a weekend trip which included going to ulta beauty world. I’m so disappointed when I hopped on at the perfect time. I got 4 green dots and then it’s said “line paused”…the tickets were sold out. HOW?! this is so insane I was so excited to go and I’m so disappointed. How is it you created all these rules and not one person in these comments I’ve seen was able to get a ticket. I’m lucky I got a ticket for Sephoria, I was just counting on this but it turned out to be a huge let down. I honestly expected more tbh.
