I and hundreds (not millions) of other consumers that were in place to get a ticket have been disappointed and disgusted with how this whole process has gone. If you sent out prior pre registration links to major influencers and their friends, why not add on tickets or add another day? You had a set amount of 3,000, so you say but that convention center holds well over more. You could’ve broke up the days. The lack of communication and honesty from this is disappointing and disgraceful. Everything from refreshing the landing page 10 times to finding the small ticket sign to waiting in the que and waiting for over an hour…. Just to not get a ticket or a chance at getting a ticket....
