Not played right

I was up at 8:00 am est time I live in the Orlando area, logged in at 9:00 ready for the app EVERYONE directed us to even ulta. I had high hopes of getting a ticket if not me then I was hoping some of my friends could had one too. BUT NO none of us had a chance we clicked that link at 10:00 refreshed and all! Waited in the line for 1 HOUR!!! Just for it to be paused and later say it sold out I was at 4 circles and most of my friends were at not even 1 circle complete this is completely outrageous and not fair!!! Just for yall to keep so tickets for us to have a “chance to win”
