I worked hard for nothing

I got in the queue almost immediately, there was 5 dots lit up right from the get go. The dots were moving real quick, I was in the queue for maybe 5 minutes. Got through just for the site to say registration wasn’t available to try again later. Why would it let me through if it wasn’t ready for my to register. I immediately thought they were sold out just to find out i could have gotten a ticket if the site wasnt crashing!!
