This was a major marketing misstep

Information provided about launch time was FALSE. People are boycotting this store. All those influencers are going to review product from Ulta world and people are going to block them. Ulta has provided almost no information to this community. They told us we were all VIPs. Yeah right. Even now they won’t even tell us what’s going on. I have no words.
