HORRIBLE

This has to be as horrible as it gets!! This was unbelievable. I was on the website since 10 AM on the dot and still in the queue as of right now… Why are people still in the queue? If y’all don’t even have tickets left. Very disappointed and I’m trying to stay professional, but this was a complete letdown and I’m sure. Also, we lose tons of customers due to this! Scam, scam, scam, scam, scam, scam, scam, scam, scam, scam, scam! I don’t know what else to say about this! You guys shouldn’t have advertised it like you guys did if you knew it was gonna go like this! So many people are upset and wasted a ton of time playing with you guys!
