Beyond disappointing

I was able to get in queue at 9:59 EST. The queue moved slower than any online queue I’ve EVER seen but I waited. When it was “my turn” I found there was a registration that I received an error for nearly 10 minutes. Once I refreshed about 80 times, I finally got through, only to find out you have a long drawn out registration form asking all types of mostly irrelevant info… and of course the grand finale was a sold out page. HOORAY!
