Name on Ticket Help !?

I’m a bit confused and getting overwhelmed with the misinformation. The original site said that it wouldn’t be with your ulta account it’s separate so you wouldn’t have to login to purchase the ticket anyone can purchase.
The guest service representative is telling me that it will automatically apply the name on my account. Does anyone know the correct information on this topic?
