One ticket. No returns.
Some people are planning to have multiple people help them with getting A ticket. Please understand that if more than one of your people secures a ticket in your name… Ulta has clearly stated there will be zero refunds and no ticket transfers

It’s not possible though it’s one ticket per email. They’re just having multiple people do it and see who gets in first and then the others won’t be allowed to proceed with the transaction.
