ULTA didn’t promise anything last year. I didn’t expect to receive more than a few samples & was surprised by all the samples, the swag bag having full size products. This year ULTA stated brands will be passing out samples. If a brand does give you a full size item, thank them, they’re not required to give full size. There were people that had different event passes that received more last year. Such as double products & different swag bags in their hotel room. They’re not required to state that they received more unfortunately.

$160, even if it is for a few samples, or none at all, is great for the opportunity to learn about new products. But it’s only good if you’re genuinely interested in learning.

Everyone is getting the same thing. There’s videos on YouTube the public getting the same thing as the influencers. The influencers have to walk around and find all the booths just like us.
