What to do?
I really wanna go with my daughter, but what happens if one of us doesn’t get a ticket. Would there be an option for a companion ticket later?

Since ulta has said 1 ticket per transaction, no refunds or transfers id assume no. You should be okay with going solo to this event because there is a chance you both won’t get tickets.
