Shipping lag.....?
Has anyone noticed shipping time is getting terribly long?! Why is it taking two weeks? Seemed to have happened with this new marketplace that was added. I quit shopping at Sephora because their customer care and shipping got way too long to be worth my time and money.

5 commentsI haven’t noticed a lag but my last order had a tracking number that never registered but was still delivered late at night. That was the first time that had happened but I still got it on time.

Our standard shipping timeframe is 1–3 business days (not including weekends and holidays), but we allow up to 8 business days for any delays. I have never had a delay even during Christmas and the 21 Days of Beauty events. Sorry you had a delay. I completely switched from Sephora to @ultabeauty because the shipping is sooooooo much faster!! Also the rewards here are incredible!💕

Yeah I order from sephora all the time and have to problem. The longest they’ve every taken was 5 days
