I have two of these mini city palettes and they're amazing. So pigmented. Blend nicely and don't seem to crease. The glitters and Metallics are beautiful. Please ignore the flashback in the photo I provided. In the photo I'm not wearing this exact palette. I'm wearing one of the others.
So after watching a Tati video on YouTube she recommended these palettes. I got 3 and only used this one so far. I think I've been spoiled a little bit because I've been using my Morphe x Jaclyn Hill palette since I've gotten it a few months ago and that palette is amazing. No fallout, VERY pigmented, very blendable and beautiful colors. FOR THIS PALETTE: I love glittery colors which these have. I loved the mauve and purple shades and the gold on the bottom left is amazing. The others are okay. The fallout is REAL. So definitely do eyes first because I had to wipe my face after doing my eyes. I don't know how long the shades will stay on. I feel like they're already fading after an hour. I used a good primer and setting spray as well. Great palette for someone starting out in make up or doesn't really care about quality. But I love my morphe palette.

I am looking for an all matte palette for my mom. She is 50 and wants matte shadows with zero shimmer zero sparkle. So most may overlook this tiny detail but if you look closely there are instead sparkles and shimmers in every shade. It's ridiculous honestly. Don't call yourself a matte palette if you're going to hide sparkles inside of it. That's the problem with drug store palettes and it's disappointing.

My skin is medium tan (neutral), and the colors from this palette are amazing against my skin!
+ Color has good pigment and blends well together
+ Stays all day (I literally wore this for 12 hours straight and the colors stayed on) This is a big deal for me because I have very oily skin.
+ Cant beat the price for what you get
- It's pretty chalky and probably won't last as long as other palettes if you use often

The colors look exactly like the picture with a great price.

Super beautiful shades in the pan but doesn't blend well at all. Comes out patchy and lots of fall out. Definitely not feeling this palette. You will definitely need a primer to keep it on your lids.

I love this palette but on me the colors turn a little purple, it's kinda weird but I also kinda enjoy the way it looks. I'm super pale though, and maybe the undertones just pop more than they do in the pan

This is definitely one of my favorite eyeshadow palette even though its very basic I feel like it has nice colors that can be used everyday or in more dramatic looks. And the pigment pay off is great for all of them

I could only use one of the lighter ones, the others were too orangey.

I absolutely love this pallet! The formals are great (super creamy) and they are very pigmented! Would definitely recommend

I bought this to a avoid packing my Naked palette for travel. The eyeshadows are nice for the price and wore well when I applied a primer first. My only issue is that the colors are a lot warmer on than they appear in the palette, which didn't really work with my neutral/light olive skin tone. It was okay for a business trip but I will keep looking.

Be careful when applying otherwise the powder flies. But, once it is there the color palette is great.

Great for defining eyes.

Mattes are hard to find. I like the neutral tones. Maybelline prices are very reasonable.

I always do my eyes, even when I am only going to be at home, these colors are much too intense for mature skin

I liked the colors especially for fall and because the colors are versatile and not bright, but muted.

This eye showed is okay. The colors are much more orange in person which was disappointing as I was looking for something that was more brown. Stays on okay.

I'm pale with emerald green eyes and blonde hair. Since my eyes are "dark" compared to the rest of me it's hard to find colors to make them pop without over powering me because I'm so fair. It blends nicely and is smooth on the skin.

This pallette was so powdery that I went through it in under a month and a half. The shades weren't super pigmented (I'm Cover FX N0) but they are still beautiful shades especially for green eyes. I just wish this pallette had lasted better and maybe a more even distribution of shades.

Like the color combination. Decent price. Application is easy and stays on

I use this as a base or setting powder before I apply other more pigmented shadows. I like the ulta-soft texture.
I have a medium dark complexion, and sometimes I don't want a pigmented base because the common ones in a pallete are not suitable for my skin tone.
Overall, okay palette, but with limited use.

Colors are neutral so you can wear it anytime of the day!

Love the color for my blonde hair and freckles

Yes, it is Maybelline and it is a great mix of shades and a nice price too.

I'm pretty pale and have the eyelids of a 45 year old. (IE- texture so I don't want a lot of bling bling pigment to hi-light all the skin texture on my eyelids)
I lay down a layer of Nyx Proof It and I have no problems getting a subtle day time look.

A good soft blend
