What is Replenish & Save?

Ulta Beauty’s Replenish & Save program is an auto-replenishment subscription to ensure you never run out of your favorite products, plus you’ll save 5% and get free shipping on every subscription order!

When you subscribe:

· You’ll save 5% on all your subscription orders.

· Shipping is free for all subscription orders.

· You’ll receive automatic shipments at your chosen frequency.

· You’ll be billed automatically for each order.

Terms and conditions apply. Consent to the Replenish & Save Terms and Conditions at checkout is required to sign up for the auto-replenishment subscription.

How do I sign up for Replenish & Save?

1. Visit www.ulta.com/guestservices/ways-to-shop/replenish-and-save or the product page of an eligible item. To determine if a product is eligible for an auto-replenishment subscription, the Replenish & Save box will appear with the pickup and delivery options.

2. Select the "Replenish & Save" option and choose your delivery frequency.

3. Add the item to your cart and complete the checkout process.

4. You may add multiple subscription items to your cart and non-subscription items to your cart as well. Only the subscription items will be eligible for discount and subscription enrollment.

You can adjust delivery frequency and quantity on the product page or in your cart before checkout. You can select the frequency of delivery by clicking on the Recurring Icon on either the product or check out page and using the drop down to select how often you’d like the item to be replenished. To adjust the quantity of product in the cart select the drop down next to the item and choosing the quantity desired. After you check out, adjust your subscription preferences with Replenish Manager in your ulta.com account or the Ulta Beauty app.

Ulta Beauty reserves the right to update subscription benefits, including discount amounts and eligibility. If changes apply to your subscription, we’ll notify you before your next order and you can adjust your subscription preferences with Replenish Manager in your ulta.com account or in the Ulta Beauty app.

How do I manage my subscription?

There are two ways to manage your subscription: before checkout and after subscribing.

· Before checkout: Adjust delivery frequency and quantity on the product page or in your cart.

· After subscribing: Manage your subscription with Replenish Manager in your ulta.com account or in the Ulta Beauty app at any time! You can update delivery frequency, quantity, payment method and shipping address.

You’ll also receive an email reminder 4 days before each shipment with a deadline to make changes.

How do I update my payment method?

  1. Go to Replenish Manager in your ulta.com account or the Ulta Beauty app.

  2. Update your Primary Payment Method, which is used for all active subscriptions. Remember, you can also use your Ulta Beauty Rewards® credit card too to earn rewards points!

Your subscription requires a valid payment method. If none is on file or the current payment method is no longer valid, your orders will be skipped until you update your payment method.

How do I cancel my subscription?

  1. Go to Replenish Manager in your ulta.com account or the Ulta Beauty app.

  2. Select the product you want to cancel and click the link to cancel the subscription.

  3. Click “Cancel Subscription” to confirm.

  4. After cancellation, you will be prompted to provide a reason for canceling subscription, if desired. Please note—this is optional and not required in order to cancel your subscription.

To avoid being charged, you must cancel before the next shipment deadline stated in your reminder email.

Do I need an Ulta Beauty Rewards® account to subscribe?

Yes, you must have a free Ulta Beauty Rewards® account to sign up for Replenish & Save. Your account allows you to track and manage your subscriptions. To create an account please visit the Create Account page. If you already have an online account but are not a member of Ulta Beauty Rewards®, join or link your Member ID by visiting your Account. Ulta Beauty Rewards® membership is governed by the Ulta Beauty Rewards® Terms and Conditions. There is no cost or fee to become a Ulta Beauty Rewards® member. Replenish & Save is only available in the contiguous United States.

When will my subscription orders arrive?

· You’ll receive a reminder email 3 days before your order ships, with a deadline to make any changes.

· Once your order is processed, it will typically arrive within 3-8 business days.

What if I move or need to change my address?

You can update your delivery address for upcoming orders with Replenish Manager in your ulta.com account or the Ulta Beauty app. If you update your delivery address before the deadline in your shipment reminder email, the recurring shipment will be sent to your updated delivery address.

Is there a deadline to update or cancel my subscription?

Yes. 3 days before each order is created, you will receive a shipment reminder email. Your shipment reminder email will include the deadline for making changes or canceling your next order.

Is Replenish & Save available for all products?

No. Eligible products will display a "Replenish & Save" option on the product page and on the checkout page.

What payment methods are accepted?

You can use any major credit card accepted by Ulta Beauty, including the Ulta Beauty Rewards® Credit Card and Mastercard®.

Can I use promo codes on subscription orders?

No, promo codes (e.g. $5 off $15, 20% off total purchase, etc.) cannot be applied to your initial Replenish & Save order.

· Item discounts (e.g. 25% off) will be applied to your initial Replenish & Save order. If the product is on active promotion during the recurring order, the sale price will be honored along with the Replenish & Save discount.

· Item promotions (e.g. Gift with Purchase, Buy One Get One) will be applied only to your initial Replenish & Save order.

· You can redeem Ulta Beauty Rewards points only on your initial Replenish & Save order.

· You will earn Ulta Beauty Rewards points as usual on initial Replenish & Save orders and all Ulta Beauty Rewards benefits and promotions are subject to the terms and conditions of the offer.

Are third party marketplace items eligible for Replenish & Save?

No, third party marketplace items are not eligible for Replenish & Save.

Can I return a subscription order?

Yes, standard return policies apply. Visit our Return Policy for details.

Do samples, promotions or gifts apply to subscription orders?

Any current promotions and free gifts at the time of the subscription signup may be applied to the initial order. Recurring subscription orders will not receive those same promotions or free gifts.

The only promotions that may be applied on a recurring order are:

· Subscription orders that are billed during an entire brand discount promotion

· Subscription orders that are billed during an entire purchase discount promotion

What happens if the product price changes?

· Any current promotions and free gifts at the time of the subscription signup may be applied to the initial order. Following subscription orders will not receive those same promotions or free gifts.

· You will receive a reminder email before your subscription ships, which will show the current price for each subscription product.

Will I receive notifications?

Yes! You’ll get email notifications for:

· Upcoming shipments and deadlines for changes.

· An out-of-stock or discontinued product. But don’t worry, we’ll recommend a replacement so you can still order if you choose.

· Payment issues (e.g., failed payment method).

· Subscription updates or cancellations.

Can I earn Ulta Beauty Rewards points on my Replenish & Save order?

Yes! You will earn Ulta Beauty Rewards® points as usual on initial Replenish & Save orders and all Ulta Beauty Rewards benefits and promotions are subject to the terms and conditions of the offer. On recurring orders, you will earn base loyalty points (i.e. 1, 1.25 or 1.5 points per $1 based on your member tier; Member, Platinum or Diamond, respectively).

Can I redeem Ulta Beauty Rewards® points on my Replenish & Save order?

Yes! You can redeem Ulta Beauty Rewards® points on your initial Replenish & Save order. You may redeem up to 4,000 points in the initial Replenish & Save order. However, Ulta Beauty Rewards® points cannot be used towards recurring Replenish & Save orders.
