i've struggled with hormonal acne around my chin/cheeks for a few months now, and after a cycle of using this every morning i haven't seen any and my skin is clearer than it has been in years! it's definitely a bit drying/tight, but good :)

I wish you could delete old reviews. I was wrong, I stuck with it, and my skin has never been so clear. But this product isn't a traditional blemish cream. It won't get rid of anything overnight and may cause your skin to purge. However, if you stick with it, I promise you'll have glass skin.
