This shampoo has a 0 health rating out of 100. I called Joico they were very rude. They said they did extensive testing will evidently not because it's a zero out of 100 it cause skin rashes and everything else. It has two very bad ingredients in it! They basically said they didn't stand behind their product and I would have to take it back to ulta to get a refund so they put it on Ulta. Again if they did testing they ignored the results not all their shampoos are rated zero but that particular one is.

It has a really nice scent, not too strong and just feminine enough. It cleans without being too harsh. I usually use the detox conditioner or another brand condition with it.
