This curling iron is a perfect size for tight curls while also allowing for bigger waves once you brush it out or use more hair. I didn't see any issues with frizz. It is a bit heavier than expected. I will say that my one issue is that it doesn't have a big enough or deep enough stand to lay on while I am sectioning hair. I need the curling iron to have something to rest on and the little plastic stand it is attached to doesn't work well.

[I received this product in exchange for my honest review] The extra long barrel is something I did not know I needed. It makes curling your hair super quick. As you were able to get larger sections. The buttons on the device are simple to use and it has a dynamic screen so you just click higher and lower with a highest temperature of 400. I will say while I use the product I didn't notice that there were almost smudges or streaks left on the chrome barrel I think from the heat protectant I used. However, all marks could be rubbed off once barrel was cool. I included a picture of my normal curling iron for length comparison and now that I've tried the extra long. I don't think I can go back. My hair is medium length I would say below the shoulders and the extra long barrel allows me to curl my hair vertically instead of breaking it into several different parts. The 1 inch barrel is enough to do semi spiral curls that loosen very nicely.
