Directions:
- Section your hair
- Comb through your hair
- Place roller at the root
- Brush upward
- Roll downward
- Apply heat with blow-dryer & leave in until hair is completely dry
- Remove roller by unrolling them gently away from your head with both hands.

Not what I expected
Not any better than regular Velcro rollers for me. Unless you have a hooded hair dryer. You can't use them with a blow dryer for sure.
