· Fold the wool cloth at least once to make a pack sized for desired application, then saturate it with castor oil.

· Place pack over the desired area and cover it with plastic wrap. Add a heating pad if desired

· Leave the pack on for an hour or longer. After pack is removed, clean the skin thoroughly.

· Use pack daily or in a regular cycle (ex. 2-3 consecutive days a week) until desired results are achieved.

Caution: For external use only. Avoid contact with eyes. Do not apply to broken or irritated skin or areas affected by rashes. Discontinue use and consult your doctor if skin sensitivity occurs. Do not use heat if infection or fever is present or suspected.
