Too many side effects
I took nutrafol for 2 month, 2 pills instead of 4 daily. I gained 10lb during that time. I stopped taking them 4 days ago and my weight is already decreasing. I also experienced tachycardia, weird palpitations around my neck, and weakness. It definitely helped with my hair, i noticed less shedding and more fullness, but the side effects after only 2 months make me concerned about the potential long term side effects.

I wanted to like Nutrafol so badly after seeing so many positive reviews and then having it gifted to me by nutrafol but unfortunately my experience was the complete opposite. I took it consistently as directed, hoping to see fuller, healthier hair. Instead, within a few weeks I noticed significantly more shedding than usual — not the "initial shedding phase" they warn about, but clumps of hair coming out every time I brushed or washed it. I kept trying to push through thinking it would get better, but the shedding only continued. I finally stopped taking it, and within a couple of weeks the excessive fallout started to improve. Everyone's body responds differently, but I wish I had known that some people experience worsened hair loss before buying. For me, Nutrafol caused more harm than good, and I wouldn't try it again.
I would not spend my money on this.

I've noticed baby hairs growing in and they are so long and all over my head and my hair fall has significantly stopped. I love this product! On top of that, my brows and lashes are also getting fuller also my length have significantly improved It's been a fantastic addition to my routine, and I received this product as a gift in exchange for my honest review.
