After cleansing, apply toner to a cotton pad and wipe over face and neck area. Do not rinse. Follow with recommended Urban Skin Rx treatment serums and daytime or evening moisturizers. Can be used twice a day.

I just can't.
Inreally wanted to love this product. I gave it 2 bottles. But this is so harsh on my face. Damaged my skin barrier. Left essentially burn marks on my face and left my skin so sensitive. I had to stop using and slowly trying to get my face back healthy with a not so harsh toner. I wont use this again or recommend
